General Appearance
Life in school is about preparing our young people for life in the working world. Students are to avoid extreme appearances and follow the basic principles outlined below:
Jewellery
One watch, one plain ring and one pair of plain gold or silver stud earrings, one in each ear.
No other visible piercings are allowed. Students will be asked to remove any piercing which does not conform to the above, regardless of if the piercing will close up or not.
Hairstyles
No extreme hairstyles, including grade zero, tram lines, unnatural colours, stripes, Mohican styles amongst others.
Make up
Make up should be discrete and subtle. Nail varnish should be neutral. Excessive amounts of make up or bright colours will be considered unsuitable and students required to remove it.
